In both of the photos of this same person, I feel like the wig might be too high up? If the bangs were cut shorter, the wig's front edge could be pulled down, so her own hair doesn't give that little shadow it has here. 
Just as a tip from another cosplayer who struggles with that same thing :'''')
Because the high forehead illusion from the wig's hairline being so high look makes her face look disproportionate, especially in this angle, which can be really unflattering.

I'm guessing this person is really young, considering how little makeup she has on? Colouring the eyebrows to match the wig with ie. eyeshadow, would bring the look together more, if she's doing this again some time! 
That, and some blush on the cheeks helps a lot when you have a wig this bright, because the colour contrast really can suck the life out of natural skin in photographs.

Sorry if this sounded too harsh, I've been cosplaying for a decade now, so I just want to help younger cosplayers learn the tricks I wish I had known, haha.
